How buying from Dobatron works

Pick a laptop, confirm the exact unit on WhatsApp, inspect it at pickup or delivery, then pay.

Updated

We source laptops through our supplier network rather than holding stock, so every order starts with a quick check on WhatsApp.

Four steps

  • Pick a laptop. Browse laptops, read a guide, or let Find my laptop suggest two or three.
  • Confirm on WhatsApp. Tap the WhatsApp button on any laptop, or check out from your cart. We confirm the exact unit is available and send photos, a video and its battery health.
  • Inspect it. Check the laptop at pickup or delivery. Our Grade A page and budget guide list what to look at.
  • Then pay. We accept M-Pesa.

Delivery and pickup

We agree delivery or a pickup point with you on WhatsApp for each order.

Warranty and returns

Warranty and returns terms are being finalised. Ask us on WhatsApp before you buy and we'll tell you what applies to your unit.
